Tim DriessnackOperating Manager and Landlord
I have been a landlord for 17 years and really enjoy working with college students. The best part of my job is the people I work with and the customers we work for. I enjoy seeing our residents and their friends enjoying the good times and memories they create while living here. I also enjoy hearing from former resident’s years after graduation and learning about the successes in their lives. I cannot imagine a better job!

I am an Interior Design and Entrepreneurship Major at CMU. I love working for AMG because it is a locally owned business. AMG truly cares about their tenants and strives to give the best living experience and value while away at college. I absolutely love my AMG family and love interacting with our tenants as well as the experience that I have gained by working here.

I’m a senior and it’s my last year at CMU. I’m studying Entrepreneurship and Spanish. My favorite part of working at AMG is the relationships I have with co-workers and the things I’ve learned that I will take with me in my future endeavors when I leave CMU.

My name is Katelyn Williams and I am a junior at Central Michigan University. I am pursuing a major in entrepreneurship with an emphasis in marketing and finance. I love my job primarily because of the environment that a family owned business provides. Being passionate about the entrepreneurial field, AMG provides me with great experience and vast social interaction. The opportunity to work with this demographic of college students is very rewarding and hands down, adds a great deal of excitement to my job everyday!
Margo BoettnerOffice Manager
I’m a wife, mother, and grandmother of 5! I have worked in the student housing industry for 16 years and have been with AMG for over 10 of those years. I enjoy working at AMG and with the students, as everyday is a new adventure. Getting to know the students is one of the best parts of my job, and every year I get to meet new ones. I am often referred to as the “Office Mom”.
Bill YoungerFacilities and Maintenance Manager
I have been in the building industry for 24 years, the last 4 have been in student housing. I joined AMG in the spring of 2011 and the family owned company made me feel like part of the team right away, which is a big part of why my job is so great. That kindness is shown not only to employees but also to our tenants that we serve at AMG. We all strive to make the the students living experience with us enjoyable and a lasting memory for each of them.
