On-site Professional Management and Maintenance Staff
At Apartment Management Group, we’re always on duty. Our communities are staffed with a professional staff that is experienced and skilled in addressing all of your student’s needs. Our office is staffed with leasing, business, and maintenance personnel. While many local properties have absentee landlords and substandard maintenance programs, at AMG our staff is proactive and responsive to any maintenance concerns your student may have. All work orders are processed within 24 hours while comfort and life safety work orders are given immediate attention. We have attended and completed a training course through the Isabella County Sheriffs department for crime-free housing prevention.

Floor Plans, Amenities, and Affordability
We have a variety of floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom units up to 10 bedroom houses. Our complexes include most utilities, and provide free high speed internet and cable TV. At Lexington Ridge we provide a free bus service for easy and care free transportation to campus. In addition, our recreational and social amenities provide a productive outlet when your student needs a break from studying. Our communities are priced fairly offering you great value.
Roommate Matching
We offer roommate matching for those that would like to be placed with a roommate. Each student is asked to complete a personal profile card in order to better assist us in matching them with someone compatible with their interests, hobbies and academic studies.
Fully Furnished
No need for renting a U-Haul or borrowing a friend’s truck, at both Casa Loma and Lexington Ridge renting an apartment or Townhouse furnished is an option. All your student will need to bring are personal items (kitchen dishes and utensils, television, computer, stereo…) and decorations to create their own unique space.
Our Honor Roll Program
We have an exclusive Honor Roll program for our residents as an incentive and will reward academic success. Any student who receives a 3.8 GPA or higher in any given marking period is eligible to receive a free gift from us. Prizes may be gift baskets, gift cards, or credits towards their rent!
