Hello! I am looking to sublease my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome at Lexington Ridge for this upcoming academic year. The apartment will be available Auqust 16th, 2026 and the lease ends May 21st, 2027. Rent is $390 per person and only utility that's paid monthly is electric through Consumers.

Have two rooms available in our six bedroom townhouse as two roommates are leaving rent is $370 for two rooms or if we wanna add others it will go down
